NL-LATAM Mission on Circular Economy and Waste Management

Virtual Programme

This year’s programme will take place digitally, through various online sessions and meetings which will take place from 14-22 April, 2021. The aim of the virtual mission is to introduce you to relevant Dutch organizations, technologies and contacts in the field of circular economy with a particular focus on waste management. The mission programme consists of an introduction session, two interactive webinars, and individual matchmaking.

The informal opening of the programme will take place as a virtual meeting on Wednesday April 14th. During this session you will get to know your fellow participants, as well as meet the organizing team and receive important information on the programme. During the two interactive webinars, several guest speakers will present Dutch waste management policy at local, national and international level, as well as specific technologies and best practices in waste management solutions.

The mission moreover includes opportunities for one-on-one matchmaking with Dutch counterparts. These meetings will be scheduled by a professional matchmaker, based on an intake in which you will be able to discuss your specific needs.

Kindly note that all programme activities are interactive and that you are expected to participate in the entire programme. In the tab ‘Agenda’ you can find the links to the sessions as well as further information on each programme component. For more information on how this website works, have a look at the ‘How it works’ and ‘FAQ’s’ tab. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if anything is unclear! We look forward to meeting you virtually!
